Remaining deeply in tune with the traditions of his upbringing, he balances his responsibilities to his family in Nigerian while pursuing his calling in the US. Having recently become an American citizen, he’s ready to add to this country’s greatest export — its music.

Hailing from just outside of Dallas, Texas, Austin-based musician Harry Edohoukwa is the frontman the stage has been craving. His eclectic music is rooted in reggae, funk, and rock from the influences of artists he listened to as a child which includes James Brown, Beres Hammond, and Lucky Dube. Harry is known for his high-energy performances and connecting with his audience through the painting of his experiences with his lyricism.
Harry has performed at Austin City Limits, SXSW, ACL’s Blues on the Green and had opened for the multiple Grammy nominated Black Pumas.
He has been featured in Forbes Magazine, The Austin Chronicle, and was named Austin360’s Artist of the Month for January 2020.
